I like the dealership…the location and the cleanliness of it, and even the service guys are professional and polite. What I did not care for is the surprise $5 shop service fee for supplies that I felt like it, and even the service guys are professional and polite. What I did not care for is the surprise $5 shop service fee for supplies that I felt like should have been included in the price of the oil change, not added to the price after the fact. It was only a small thing that I felt was dishonest, but like a hair in your food, this small thing spoiled the experience for me, and tarnished the reputation of the dealership in my mind. Since I believe if a company is dishonest with small matters they’ll also be dishonest with larger matters, I doubt I’ll be back as a customer. I hope it was worth the $5. More
