Ordered a new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie through this dealership. Don’t go through this dealership! Service was terrible. When I figured out that there were issues with my new vehicle they told me to dealership. Don’t go through this dealership! Service was terrible. When I figured out that there were issues with my new vehicle they told me to call Chrysler. Chrysler sent me back to the sales Dept/ the sales rep who helped me. I then asked for a manager, I was ignored. Was recommended there by a good friend of the dealer. The sales rep who took care of me clearly was more focused on retirement over aiding me with my new vehicles issues. I still haven’t gotten anything resolved after a month of owning the new Ram. If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would. More
