Dealership was very helpful with dropping off my daughter’s car unannounced and diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner. Dropped it off after quick lane was closed and the dea daughter’s car unannounced and diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner. Larry and Mike were great and made our experience wonderful. With a ONE week old and a 3 year old they made sure to have everything setup and filled out for us so that once we arrived the time was mi wonderful. Crystal was extremely rude to me and Fred gave me false information. I took my Ford focus on for a simple jerk when shifting I had an appointment and was told they overbooked online so I had to wait 4hours information. I took my Ford focus on for a simple jerk when shifting I had an appointment and was told they overbooked online so I had to wait 4hours to have my car looked at and another hour for them to fix recalled parts. I got my car back and it was STILL jerking and worse. Crystal and Fred both said it just needed to be driven. A day later I almost get in a car accident bc the transmission went out now I have no vehicle. And when I called for an emergency appointment and a courtesy vehicle or rental car for work they didn't have any hung up on me saying they would call back and NEVER did. Terrible service from start to finish More
