My appointment ( for a recall, software update)was scheduled for 9:00a.m, I arrived at 8:55 and signed in. I was told it would take about an hour. It was after 10:00 a.m. before they even pulled my tr scheduled for 9:00a.m, I arrived at 8:55 and signed in. I was told it would take about an hour. It was after 10:00 a.m. before they even pulled my truck into the garage. It almost 11:00 before I was able to leave. I honestly don’t know why the think their customers time is so unimportant. I will not use them for service in the future. More

I recently had my car declined for inspection. The 2 things they rejected it for, they’ve passed the last 3 years. I have proof of it. And nothing has changed July 1st for inspections. They also wanted to change both front and back brake pads and they had already been changed two years ago by Mr. Smith Auto. I feel like they take advantage of women. I also heard a woman on the phone another time, ask if they could speak to her husband because she wasn’t familiar with cars and he declined everything that they said they needed to do. I will never take my car back to Ford. They are untrustworthy and unreliable. More
