I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bill Talley Ford and its great staff - particularly Moe Callahan, our amazing salesman, and Josh Williams, our fantastic finance and insurance guy! We came to B Ford and its great staff - particularly Moe Callahan, our amazing salesman, and Josh Williams, our fantastic finance and insurance guy! We came to Bill Talley from Washington DC to see a Ford Explorer and drove home in the nicest car we've ever owned. Moe is extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the cool features Ford Sync and all the new Explorer has to offer. Josh got a great rate on our loan, handled all the DMV transactions and even set us up with insurance for the new car. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Bill Talley Ford to anyone in the market for a great car-buying experience. More

I purchased my 2011 F150 EcoBoost truck here, they were by far the lowest price and they never stopped trying to help me from selection of the truck to the fine details of operating everything, Brad called by far the lowest price and they never stopped trying to help me from selection of the truck to the fine details of operating everything, Brad called me back a week after to see if i had any questions or wanted to stop by for any details he may have fogotten, I highly recommend this dealership More

I contacted Bill Talley Ford via email to get a price on a truck on their website. I was contacted by Josh Koopman approx 2 hours after my request. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his "not p a truck on their website. I was contacted by Josh Koopman approx 2 hours after my request. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his "not pushy" attitude. Josh honored my request of "no phone calls" up until the point where I had committed to buying the truck. We drove 2.5 hours on a Friday afternoon to go pick up the truck and trade my old one in. When my wife and I arrived my truck was out front and ready to go as I had requested. Josh met us at the door and was very pleasant and had everything completed as far as he could prior to our arrival. The overall "deal" took about 2 hours which included trade-in and fianance. The finance took about the longest which was expected and Josh Williams took excellent care of us and filled us in on some options that we were not aware of. All said and done we were very impressed with all services. Josh Koopman even took the time (after he was off the clock) to sync my phone and set our home destination in the GPS. More
