I asked him to only run my credit through my bank. I was given some excuse that they can only run through local banks. I said fine but I only want my credit ran 1x then. He agreed. The next thing you I was given some excuse that they can only run through local banks. I said fine but I only want my credit ran 1x then. He agreed. The next thing you know, it was ran more than once. I called him out and he gave more excuses. I also asked if they could deliver the vehicle 7 miles to my house. Nope!. They couldn't even put enough gas in the car to turn off low fuel light. I would NOT recommend Bill Walsh Honda. There are lot more dealerships out there that will treat you better than Bill Walsh Honda of Ottawa! More

My sales person Chris Stewart was a 10/10 he made the purchase and trade so easy. I feel I was treated very fairly. I am a late model so technology isn’t my strong suit. They gave me a great price and didn’t try to pull any tricks or make me pay for a bunch of dealer add-ons. Chris Stewart, my salesperson, was wonderful to work with. I was very comfortable every step of the way. This is my first time buying a Honda. This dealership, and especially Chris, wants to make sure their customers are satisfied and willing to remain loyal customers. I would definitely return here for my next car. More
