They coaxed my 80 yr old father with dementia and terminal cancer to trade in his 2014 paid-off Chrysler town and country for a 2012 Honda Accord with a 6yr bumper-to-bumper extended warranty including the tires and paint (the whole ball of wax) My father has trouble signing his own name and has trouble remembering simple things like his address and phone number. Yet when I called the dealership to question the salesman about the legality and lack of ethics surrounding the sale, he simply said “he stopped in a few weeks prior said he was going into the hospital and IF he got out he would stop by again, to me that is someone that is cognizant of his actions...”. I further asked him how he was able to look at himself in the mirror and told him he was the lowest form of life. He told me to talk to the owner if I was unhappy with the sale and service. Needless to say, I have left numerous phone and email messages for Mr. Bill Walsh regarding the situation with no attempt on his part to even get back to me with even a generic response. I have also looked into reporting this to various network television investigative reporting programs to look into this and potentially other acts of abuse of this sort by Bill Walsh Honda Dealership in Ottawa Illinois More

Now the only flaw is buying it at bill walsh honda. we have bought 3 honda fits from this dealership and every one was lacking customer service. the current purchase we thought was looking to be different until after my wife supplied her social security number, her drivers license the check her credit score sign all the papers and the next day text her to supply her visa and her permanent resident card. well after being born in this country, living her whole life in illinois, working at her present employer for 25 years you could see she was very upset. the problem is they own 99% of the dealerships in this area. Oil Change Came in for an oil.change. Dana and the staff were extremely friendly. It was discovered that the tires needed to be rotated. This extra expense wa Came in for an oil.change. I was out the door in 60 minutes. TV, coffee and WiFi made the one hour wait enjoyable. More
Completely shocked with how I was treated I called and spoke with the service department (Lisa & Dana) about an issue my vehicle was having and looked to be covered under an extended warranty I called and spoke with the service department (Lisa & Dana) about an issue my vehicle was having and looked to be covered under an extended warranty through Honda. Gave her my VIN number and all the details needed. Was given the run around by Lisa and was told my vehicle did not fall under the warranty. She transferred me to Dana to answer my questions, who then did not pick up her line. I left a voicemail and never received a call back from her. I then called Valley Honda in Aurora, gave the service representative all of the same information I gave Bill Walsh Honda, and within seconds he was able to identify the extended warranty, and even told me my car fell within the time period to have it covered through Honda. Took it in same night, and they even gave me a 2017 Honda Odyssey for my family till the repairs were completed. Valley Honda has an exceptional facility and every team member I dealt with through Valley Honda was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend anyone remotely close to Valley Honda to see them for their needs. We were always customers of Bill Walsh Honda, I was completely shocked with the customer service I received through them and will not be returning. I know we all have our bad days, but when you're working in customer service, a bad attitude can drive away great customers. More
