Pretty un impressed with my experience here so far. Sales played games keeping me waiting while they sat and talked about their personal lives. Fast forward, bought the car called the finance departmen Sales played games keeping me waiting while they sat and talked about their personal lives. Fast forward, bought the car called the finance department the next day to ask about something, I left a message and never received a call back. 2 weeks after purchase I get a call from Paul about a survey I filled out from toyota where I had mentioned some pre existing damage that was hidden by the dealer on the car. Nor disclosed by the dealer. I found out later in the service records online. The dealer showed me a clean carfax on this cpo vehicle. Paul said to let him know when the car was in for service and he would check it out to see if he could help. The car is in service as of yesterday morning, I told my service advisor kassandra about it. She claims she can not reach Paul. This morning I call and speak to Paul he assures me he will look into it. This was at 9 am, at 1230 pm I get a call from kassanda saying she hasn't heard from Paul and still can not get ahold of him. This is my warning to other consumers and I will continue to follow the correct steps to get this resolved at the expense of my time and patience. More
