We got a nail in our tire about 4 hours from home. Bill Wright Toyota was awesome! They got us back on the road within an hour and a half without an appointment. I recently went to Bill Wright Toyota dealership to have an alternator replaced, and upon picking up the truck, the service technician lost my paperwork so that took me about an hour to find it and then aft an alternator replaced, and upon picking up the truck, the service technician lost my paperwork so that took me about an hour to find it and then after I paid and got my truck back, the mechanic didn’t put three boats on my brush guard that was connected to my front bumper of my truck; I asked the technician to please put the boats back on the truck, and they tried saying that I brought my truck in there without any boats, and I am certain the boats were there. I had just completed an oil change that I did myself, and I put those boats in there a few days prior to bring it to the dealership. The mechanic and service technician that I had to deal with were rude and not willing to help until I was gonna ask for a manager and then they took the truck back and put the boats in and give me my truck back. More
