Staff was very friendly, place was clean and very welcoming. However my only drawback was as a customer who walked in and did not have an appointment I did have to wait for some time before being see welcoming. Feedback on my recent service experience: My service manager was very friendly and welcoming. I received a call when my vehicle was ready, and the service department checked many items on my vehicle (b manager was very friendly and welcoming. I received a call when my vehicle was ready, and the service department checked many items on my vehicle (brakes, tires, etc.). Overall, my experience there was very good, however I have two suggestions for improvement: 1. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to talk to a Service Advisor, despite the fact that the Service Department was not busy at that time. In fact, we may have been the only customers there. 2. My vehicle (2007 Tundra) had greasy hand prints on the chrome grill when I picked it up. Not really a big deal, but it would be pretty easy for someone at Bill Wright to give it a quick wipe down which would make a better impression on your customers. These are both minor issues, and my overall experience was good. More
