Enjoy dealing with Thomas in repairs dept and all staff in accounting and the key man when I pick up my car. I like that I can get updates on my phone now. Also the greeter gentleman at drive in/check in in accounting and the key man when I pick up my car. I like that I can get updates on my phone now. We have a rental to give you only need I need is your insurance card and your driver license I'll give her my driver license. Can't find my insurance card. Call to get a picture on my insurance card. She said no I need see the toyota on on the insurance card. Go to my truck and go find a insurance card. Give her the card by the time it's already 7:50 am I told her how long is gonna take this because I'm already late for work I got 23 staff waiting on me Salas say be few minutes then took 20 more minutes looks like she cannot get approval on the rental because there's nobody to approve the rental. In the morning then she goes to somebody gets an approval. Ask me for my email give her the email then she comes back tells me the rent is not for use for somebody else. I'm a send you on an Uber and later on I could give you the rental tell her you guys playing games I don't have time for this give my truck key. I'm leaving and I love very frustrated. Disappointed on this service. Got I got to work at night close to 9 o'clock. Frustrated. Try to see if I can deal with this. Recall on the truck. My service representative, Nicole was so caring and efficient. She took the time to reach out and keep me informed regarding my car repair process. She got me in and back on the road quickly. Every aspect of this experience was 5 star. My Sienna has 276k miles on it and needed some maintenance that required a lot of labor and attention to details. I had done quite a bit of research and planned to do the work myself, but changed my mind as I got into it. It required a few tools I didn't have and with an 18 year old car there was a good chance that old parts would break just because I moved them. BWT did an excellent job and kept close communication with me on what they were finding. And they did have to replace some old brittle parts I hadn't planned on and discovered a problem I hadn't known about, so the final cost was just over double the original estimate. Now some of you may be thinking that they ripped me off. Nope. I was aware that other problem was likely, and that brittle parts would break. It simply cannot be helped on a car that old. I will not hesitate to take my car here again. By the way, the waiting room is great! They even have a restaurant! More
