We have been happy Huyndai owners for years so it was a no-brainer that the replacement would be another Hyundai. We needed to test-drive and look at several models before making a decision. Rick showed us all the bells and whistles, explained the differences, and answered all our questions. We felt that he really helped us buy the right car instead of selling us one. He was friendly and patient, and most importantly never pressured us into anything (that would have been an immediate deal-breaker). We also appreciated that the dealership accommodated our schedule. Once we agreed on the price, Natalie helped us navigate through all the paperwork. All in all, it was an excellent car buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership, and Rick specifically, if you think your next car might be a Hyundai. And really, even if you don't. Because in our experience, driving a Huyndai makes for a fun day. More

He was informative, and seemed excited about the cars. He never asked me what I wanted my payments to be, or about credit. He was just a new friend that showed me what I was interested in. I would definitely look for Chris when looking for another vehicle purchase. I met Natalie once before when I was looking at hyundai elantra for my daughter attending college in Nevada. She was extremely helpful then, even though she knew I was probably not going to purchase the car from her. Kind of difficult to buy here and get it there. She showed me the same car my daughter was looking at in las vegas, told me I could call here if I needed any help. I did purchase the car from a hyundai dealer in North Las Vegas, and they sucked. This time she handled the financing. She got me a better rate than than my bank, and described in detail all of my options with financing as well as extended service and warrantees. I left feeling very happy with my purchase, and feel very comfortable with going back if I have any questions, concerns or needs. More
