Test drive equals New Wife Auto We have bought two Hyundai's from Natalie Traut at Billingsley, a Veracruz and an Azera, both of which have been very good cars. My wife and I were very specific on working with Natalie again on this purchase. We meet with Natalie, on this purchase, only to learn she now is in the financing office, and no longer a sales person, yet she still came out and worked with us on this Santa Fe. She also brought Lance with her and recommended we work with him. Natalie told us that if we needed anything she would take care of us, no problem. Because Lance was her recommendation, my wife was good with that. Before our purchase was complete we had met more of the Hyundai family at Billingsley, all of which were very professional and courteous to us both, which is saying a lot as I can be very ~um, difficult ~demanding..
