I will never use this dealership. After a little discussion with their rep via text message discussing features of the car I liked, I was told that they would check with their bank to see what they could do. I asked him specifically if they would do a hard pull as I didn't want that...I was trying to rebuild my credit and a hard pull would affect that. I was told no, it would only he a soft pull since I wasn't actually applying for a loan. Gave my info and was again reassured it wouldn't be a hard pull or credit application. He messaged me back a minute later to tell me, in a very condescending tone, that Id need either a strong cosigner or a pretty hefty down-payment....Within a couple minutes later, I began getting alerts that their banks had done a hard pull credit application. I was very upset as this lowered my score by a few points..and texted the rep to ask about it...he said it was impossible since I hadn't applied for a loan with a specific vehicle and that it must be from another dealership I'd been dealing with. I then texted him a screenshot showing the hard pull with the Billion name and that day's date on it. I received ZERO response. That was just over a week ago and I have not received any response at all, no apologies or acknowledgement that he'd LIED to me and did the hard pull. More

Went with Billion thinking they were a reputable dealer, their other locations may be, but definitely not the Dell Rapids... Started having issues with our almost new van within a few months of purchase. Ra their other locations may be, but definitely not the Dell Rapids... They weren't even willing to look at it....I was told to go to Vern Eide to get it fixed... which I did, and will continue to do if need another new vehicle. More

I spoke with two managers who stated they would work with me both ended up not returning my calls. I was always respectful when speaking with them and stated to the second manager after the first one from Mitchell South Dakota ghosted me to please just tell me if you can or can't do anything for me and not to ghost me like the first manager did. He said he'd work with me and would figure something out He never called me back. Oh and the rack pinion is also bad in it along with several electrical issues . Approximately 5000 DOLLARS in expenses not including the rack pinion. More
