Thank you I was on a road trip from Florida. (Was thinking of moving to Iowa and wanted to explore the different areas) I had my car serviced right before I lef I was on a road trip from Florida. (Was thinking of moving to Iowa and wanted to explore the different areas) I had my car serviced right before I left........ However, my car started making a grinding noise after being there for a couple days. I was in a panic! Had a baby with me and two teenagers. And our trip was limited funds, and I was on my way to head home and I was scared of not having a safe car for the trip. Not only did Austin make sure to have it looked at right away. He was also very honest about the issue let me know I could make it home if I wanted. Or he had the parts and can do it right away! It was cheaper than I would have paid in Florida, and I wanted to feel safe driving with my baby so I had it done! The waiting area was nice, and clean. Had a separate play area for children, tv for adults, coffee, and snacks! Everyone was very pleasant! Not just Austin, but all employees, and even the customers. I was trying to decide the area I wanted to move to, and I can tell you that experience made my mind up for me! I will be returning. Thank you all!!! More
