One Issue OK, I wrote this on the first part of the survey, but maybe you won't get to see it, so here it is again. We really liked Vadim and Nate. My wife was not included. She then asked Vadim to have her included in future emails. This did not happen. The next email came only to me. This was not good....she was more than an equal in this purchase and she wanted to be treated as an equal, no more than that. Then she briefly felt she was being ignored. She contacted Vadim again. It was eventually explained that the dealership email system was set up in such a way that this happened. Not our sales people's fault. So we would recommend that the system be set up in such a way that both spouses get the emails as a matter of course. Let me emphasize that we really liked Vadim and Nate's ways of going about things and we still like them. We're happy. More
