Looking for ...RUDE and DISRESPECT.. We have bought multiple cars over the years and We can honestly say that this dealership was the absolute WORSE we have EVER seen!!! We had purchased our sons car here a few years ago and thought that by bringing our daughter, who is having to start over with her kids from an abusive situation, would at least be , at the minimum, treated like a human being. She tried to explain what she needed... wanted... her credit score...and she didn’t want to have to rely on anyone outside herself...This guy was so self righteous and degrading that We tried to step in and get it stopped.. He didn’t even listen to us. I had to walk away before I lost my composure. Unfortunely our daughter wanted to get on with starting over... she THOUGHT this “perfect example of an idiot” had some intention of helping (listening) to what SHE was looking for. Our daughter felt worse about herself when we left your dealership than she felt in her abusive past. With sales consultants like that... we will NEVER get another vehicle there.. we will NEVER recommend this place to any FRIENDS or FAMILY!!! In fact... I would not recommend this place EVER!!!! When we want our daughter to feel that bad again.. I guess you could have recommended her returning to her traumatizing last... dealing with you was just as bad. I can’t really RATE your dealership... there wasn’t a “0”. More
