Quick, Easy, Reasonable. I tried to go to work one day, and my car didn't start... AGAIN... I knew it was time to for an upgrade, and I had a friend (Ian) who I knew was a car I tried to go to work one day, and my car didn't start... AGAIN... I knew it was time to for an upgrade, and I had a friend (Ian) who I knew was a car dealer. I sent Ian a message about buying a new car and within minutes he was sending me pictures of prospects. All fantastic cars in my price range, I didn't think there would be so many options. A few days later I arrived at the dealership and I was shown and drove a 2013 Ford Focus that was fresh on the lot. After test driving it I knew it was the one for me. Buying my 2013 Ford Focus was my first major purchase. I was very worried about financing, add-ons, and the whole process itself. Ian worked me through it step by step and I strongly felt like he was working for me, and not the dealership. 9 months later I'm happy as could be with my new purchase to this day. Ian is great at his job and is one of the friendliest people I know. More

He was not pushy and when I told him what I was looking for it's like he can read your mind. I didn't even know what make or model of vehicle I wanted. But he only had to show me 2 vehicles and I bought the 2nd one. It took longer to do the paperwork than him finding a prefect vehicle for me and my business. Just browsing at first We live 450 miles from Sioux Falls, we were there for a completely different reason. He answered many questions very patiently , let us look at many different models. We explained to him that we didn't plan on getting anything from them because we lived so far away and didn't even know what we were looking for . He still continued to be patient with us. We really liked the Murano. He found us the one we wanted, we ended up making the deal. They drove our new car to us , and drove our trade in back, since we didn't have it with us at the time. They made the deal with us even though they hadn't even seen our trade in. Michael Carrillo was the real reason we made the deal. I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks again More

Nissan is Junk and a sales scam I got a fairly good deal on a lease for a new Nissan but it had tires and wheels just out of spec that could not be balanced well and a fish eye lens I got a fairly good deal on a lease for a new Nissan but it had tires and wheels just out of spec that could not be balanced well and a fish eye lens in the windshield. Who knows what else would have shown up over time. Two months before the lease was up they got me into a new more efficient Nissan telling me there would be no cost at all to turn in the old car for the new on then they sent a a bill and tried to change the terms of the contract I had. Ultimately I am stuck with half the bill for repairs that I had already done. nothing was said at the time of any problems, just that there would be no cost and any damage was covered . Now I have another Nissan that is falling apart. They are definitely not as good quality as they have been in the past and the sales managers will lie to you and tell you whatever they think you might believe. Get it in writing and get a lawyer More

Billion Nissan got me into a new car October 10th 2014 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima I wasn't swarmed by salesmen or pressured into purchasing a vehicle Ian approached me in a respectf October 10th 2014 I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima I wasn't swarmed by salesmen or pressured into purchasing a vehicle Ian approached me in a respectful manner without throwing me xxxxxxxx salesman lines and was down to earth gave me the good and the bad with the cars I was looking at communicated with his supervisor multiple times in between questions and concerns I had. He had more patience than I would have had and we took a test drive I loved the car and the 35 MPG he worked out a fair price for me and also got me the most for trade in on my old vehicle. I was satisfied with the way everything turned out. There was a few issues with the car after purchasing it and all it took was a quick text or call to Ian and he set me up an appointment with service center and they had me a rental and had my car in the shop within hours. Since then Ian and I have became good friends and still keep in contact asking if my car is still satisfying. In all I had a great experience and was happy with how everything went More
