Our salesman was great.. His name was David. He made what seemed impossible possible. The finance was problem. Brought in my brand new 2020 Chevy Spark (under 5k miles) because the AC had stopped blowing for the 3rd time. The previous two times this had happened it had been at night and when I restarted the vehicle t because the AC had stopped blowing for the 3rd time. The previous two times this had happened it had been at night and when I restarted the vehicle the AC worked fine again but this time it was during the day so I was able to bring it in and they confirmed it wasn’t working because there was component that was seized up and they couldn’t fix it without removing the entire dash. This was on a Friday and they asked me to bring the vehicle in first thing Monday morning and that they would put me in a loaner vehicle. I arrived Monday morning and was told that they had no loaner vehicles and that Enterprise had no qualified vehicles so I’d have to find someone to pick me up or come back later. That afternoon I had a friend follow me and dropped the car off. Thursday at noon I was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle (despite having confirmed that a component was seized up previously) and that I could come pick it up. I told them that I use my vehicle for work (I’m a delivery driver) and that this has already cost me at least $500 from missed days and that if this brand new vehicle isn’t fixed they need to purchase the vehicle back. They told me they’d let the vehicle run and see if the problem came back. Monday morning they contacted me and said they’d let it run and that the issue never returned. Monday afternoon I picked up the vehicle in order to evacuate for Hurricane Laura with my Wife and dog. Less than 1 hour and 30 minutes into the drive the AC went out. We discovered that if we parked the vehicle for approximately 15-20 minutes the problem would subside for approximately 30 minutes so we drove the remaining 3 hour drive to San Antonio in 30 minute increments. On the way back it didn’t even make it 1 hour before we had to start making incremental stops. So in conclusion I bought a completely brand new vehicle for the reliability and in less than 5k miles I have a vehicle that I can only drive in 30 minute increments and I typically work in my car 8-12 hours a day 6 days a week so this is by far the worst vehicle I’ve ever purchased and the fact that Billy Navarre says there is nothing they can do despite having previously confirmed the issue is beyond a horrible experience. Thank you Billy Navarre for making my evacuation even more stressful. More
