I worked with Amy and purchased a Chevrolet Colorado for my daughter. Amy was helpful, patient and very accommodating. My car broke down in front of their garage. We were on our way to Minnesota for vacation. Birdnow offered us a loaner to use for the week and said they would fix my car while we were gone. They called me first thing on Monday to report the problem and immediately fixed my car at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for the loaner! We had it for 6 days. What a gift and we were able to enjoy our vacation! The kindest most honest people I have ever met. Thank you so much!!! More
