HONDA BUYERS BEWARE! I was going to purchase a 2023 Honda Pilot today. I had an outstanding sales person, Devon, and sales manager Brooks. However, when the general manag I was going to purchase a 2023 Honda Pilot today. I had an outstanding sales person, Devon, and sales manager Brooks. However, when the general manager, Bobby Martin, got involved it became very unprofessional, disrespectful, and demeaning. It is sad to have someone in this profession and position to be so unkind ! I can only imagine how Honda corporate would think of this employee. My apologies to them for having such a poor general manager at this dealership. I am a Honda enthusiast. After I left Bisbee Honda of Danville —-and learning that the GMs attitude preceded him……I went to another dealership and found the car of my dreams,…2023 Honda Passport. Shop around!! There are exceptional Honda dealerships out there where you will not have to deal with this type of rude behavior! More

A great example of what I hope the car buying experience will be for everyone now and in the future. I enquired online about the Model/Trim/Color I was looking for. Jenna R. called me when they had exac will be for everyone now and in the future. I enquired online about the Model/Trim/Color I was looking for. Jenna R. called me when they had exactly what I wanted (no trying to convince me to buy something else). We negotiated price over the phone and via text message and agreed to a price in about 15 minutes. An hour later I'm there. The test drive, reviewing the numbers one more time (and they're exactly what we agreed to on the phone) and making the deal takes, in total, about an hour. Not once did I ever feel pressured into buying something I didn't want/need. No games in the F&I office and that process takes less than 30 minutes. This is how car buying should be. More
