The vehicle also appears to be in great shape with minor wear and tear, but nothing that was different than what was shown in the pictures. I sent follow up emails and tried calling his cell but the voice mailbox was full/not taking any calls. No response. Frustrating. After a week (while Hurricane Harvey was blowing through my city), I sent another email to Adam asking if he still worked there, and he responded with a quote. He was responsive after that. The dealership was great about letting me pay a deposit to hold the car so that I could pick it up after Hurricane Harvey passed through Houston. Adam was helpful when I arrived to drive and purchase the car. The manager was helpful and Ben, the finance guy, was helpful and very easy to deal with. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them. More
