amazed I am very pleased with my entire car buying experience. This was by far the best experience to date, & I buy a car about every 2 years. Absolutely n I am very pleased with my entire car buying experience. This was by far the best experience to date, & I buy a car about every 2 years. Absolutely no haggle or pressure at any point during the transaction. I drove from 2 hours away because of all of the positive reviews, & this dealership lived up to them. They even gave me a little more than my KBB instant cash offer. I was upside down (10k) & told them what I wanted my payment to be, the length of terms, down payment, & interest rate and somehow Ben (finance guy) worked a miracle & made it happen. He never once tried to convince me to waiver on my conditions. I honestly didn't think I would be able to trade my car in for atleast another 6-12 months. Dominic was my sales guy & he was awesome. Anyone who has bought a car knows that once you start to sign the paperwork a high pressure is placed on you to buy an extended warranty. There was NONE of that, I was almost disappointed because I was fully prepared for it this time, & had my argument ready. Even the finance guy said you don't put hardly any miles on your cars & don't keep them very long so you probably don't need it. I never leave reviews but had to this time. Very happen with my Mercedes GLK purchase (I paid almost exactly what the current KBB value for trade in is) & will use this dealership again when I'm ready to upgrade in 2-3 years...although I love this car so much I may actually keep this one!!!
