They picked up the car did the service and returned it. I worked first with Carson and then Greg. I Bought a Maserati today,but not from Ron! Rude&Bad Service I tried calling this company three times and when I finally got thru to someone it was Ron. Rude from second one, I asked to talk to someone else and I tried calling this company three times and when I finally got thru to someone it was Ron. Rude from second one, I asked to talk to someone else and he started yelling in the phone and said that he was the Head Sales of whatever. I don't tolerate aggression, I bought a Maserati from an out of state dealer, would not suggest you even bother calling these people. More

Fast and easy I had a couple items to be looked at, and Essence picked up my car at my house, took care of the service, and then returned it to me. Awesome flat tire repair i had. Had 2 flat tires. Called them and they came and picked it up from my garage . Replaced the tires with Brand new tires and cost me nothing since I hav Had 2 flat tires. Called them and they came and picked it up from my garage . Replaced the tires with Brand new tires and cost me nothing since I have tire protection plan. Totally worth the price you pay for Tire plan like this. Thanks Greg from service as well as the guy over the phone(forgot his name). I literally had nothing much to do other than call and tell here is the car , rest happened effortlessly. Cool way to get things done. More
