I can tell you that is not at all how this process was I came in said I wanted to test a few vehicles, there was no push back at all, told them I wanted to come back and let my wife try out the car and they had no problem putting a short hold on the vehicle for me! I never once felt pressured to make a decision, they were very informative and helpful. Everyone was also so polite and nice from start to finish. I WILL be a return customer! More

I flew across the country to pick it up, and as soon as I drove off the lot I began noticing issues that were not disclosed. They told me the bottom panels were going to be touched up which was a complete lie, the doors rattled badly and were out of adjustment, head lights were cracked, of which I was told "this happens with all these cars" after I had already arrived. Lastly, they didn't even bother to wash the car or fill it up with gas. I wouldn't expect this bad of customer service from a Mazda dealership, much less a dealership selling high end vehicles. More
