nice and easy When I brought my Stelvio in for its first service they told me that normally Alfa pays for the first service but because I have had the car more than When I brought my Stelvio in for its first service they told me that normally Alfa pays for the first service but because I have had the car more than 1 year, I would be paying 450 for the oil change and service. My service guy (John) was able to get Alfa to pay it anyway since I only have 7000 miles of the car. He is my hero and has earned my loyalty as a customer. Very nice people there. More

I have to amend an earlier review I originally gave this company a better review. But because they have not fulfilled the terms and understanding of our contract I have to give this co I originally gave this company a better review. But because they have not fulfilled the terms and understanding of our contract I have to give this company one star. I have had my car for about four weeks and I still have not received my contract paperwork which they have promised to send me. They also promised to buff out a few scratches and that has yet to be scheduled even though I have tried to reach out and inquire multiple times. They have not been trustworthy and the service has not been what I thought it would be. I am very disappointed in and happy at this point because I felt that I was misled and lied to. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that lies and is misleading to its customers. I hope my salesman Justin and his manager Adam will learn how to be transparent and truthful will the clients who keep them in business More
