I initially found the car on cargurus but when I went to leave a review there the dealership had blocked my email to prevent me from writing a negative review. We were not there to buy a Maserati or Alfa Romeo, but we still felt like we received excellent service. We had picked the vehicle we wanted to purchase (a pre-owned Honda) online, and when we came in to look at the car, it was priced as expected and we did not find ourselves subject to high-pressure sales tactics for add-ons, etc. When I found a small defect in the car shortly after leaving the dealership, I was able to return immediately and they fixed the issue promptly and at no cost. Overall, we had a less stressful experience than we expected and would recommend Essence. More
