Had an attitude that it wasn't any of her concern when we tried to contact her due to the problems we were having. More

Scammers I purchased my Infiniti Q50a on Saturday the 23rd and on Wednesday the 27th, just 4 days later I found myself replacing a dead battery at Infiniti for I purchased my Infiniti Q50a on Saturday the 23rd and on Wednesday the 27th, just 4 days later I found myself replacing a dead battery at Infiniti for $250.00. I was told that the care went through an inspection and I stand in disbelief. I am not very pleased that I was also scammed by the etching fee per a lawyer friend we should have ran from the dealership becasue that does not contribute to good business. If there was a buy back 7 day policy you would definitely get this car returned to you. With that said, I need to need to know if the oil was changed and what was really done prior to the sell of this car. I can honeslty say I am not happy to be part of the Essence family! More
