Uncordatinated staff All was great in the beginning with internet contact with salesman. A scheduled appointment with salesman was made. All went well but discovered a different vehicle was suitable than the original that was being inquired about. A decision was made to purchase the vehicle . That was about noon to start the process to complete the sale. Was told to go to lunch for an hour to return all would be finalized to take custody of the vehicle. Four hours later we left the dealership. Entirely too long for paper work processed by the staff . Sales manager and finance manger could not coordinate the process . Delayed and lack of professionalism with customer and unconcerned . Sorry but the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. More
