The car was priced and delivered as promised, with no pressure or rediculous add on costs. I was never once asked or pressured to purchase the typical extras. And I didn’t have to spend time in the office with the finance manager. I did bring my own financing and was well prepared when I arrived. Salesperson AJ Johnson My wife was looking at getting into an SUV. She had always driven four door sedans. I'm a car enthusiast and I really like the looks of the Alfa Romeo My wife was looking at getting into an SUV. She had always driven four door sedans. I'm a car enthusiast and I really like the looks of the Alfa Romeo Stilvio. Looking online I saw that Essence Maserati is a Alfa Romeo dealer. Sent them an email to let them we were headed that way to look at the Stilvio. AJ called us and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Upon arriving at the dealership, AJ meet us and he was very nice. I hate buying cars and AJ made us feel welcome. He went over some of the features of the car, gave us the keys and off we went for test drive. AJ stayed behind. What a pleasant surprise. It was nice just taking the car on a test without a pushy salesman talking about how great their cars are. Upon returning, AJ answered any questions we had. He was not pushy at all. My wife wasn't as sold on the Stilvio as I was. We looked at different colors and different trims of the Stilvio. We were at the dealership for a couple of hours. When we got ready leave, AJ thanked us for coming by. Their was no pressure to buy a car that day. It was a very pleasant experience that day. Ultimately my wife decided she liked the Audi Q5 the best. We ended up purchasing the Audi. If you are interested in a Maserati or an Alfa Romeo, I highly recommend Essence Maserati and recommend salesperson AJ Johnson. Gary More

Was treated great! I love ther service at Essence Maserati but would like a break down of what is entailed in my pre paid service agreement. I paid an extra $1700 for 3 I love ther service at Essence Maserati but would like a break down of what is entailed in my pre paid service agreement. I paid an extra $1700 for 3 services but I don’t know what work is done.. I was told during my visit that i need 4 new tires and an alignment and new brakes which totaled close to $5000. I will make sure I get this taken care of.. but I would greatly appreciate what is covered every time I take my Maserati in for service. More

Very Unhappy Customer My wife and I were looking for a small 2018 SUV with low miles. We used several sites and found autos that we liked including this SUV. After research My wife and I were looking for a small 2018 SUV with low miles. We used several sites and found autos that we liked including this SUV. After researching the dealer info about the SUV and researching the model we went in to the dealership for a test drive on 1/17/19. At the dealership a salesman approached us and offered his assistance. He led us to the SUV and described some of it’s features to us. Before test driving it, I asked the salesman if this SUV had ever been a rental car. I told him that I absolutely did not want to buy a car that had ever been a rental car. Our salesman said that it had not been a rental. He told my wife and I that it had been part of a program that automakers use where they lend out the new models to dealerships in advance to have them test drive them and give feed back on the new models. He said that it was listed under Rental/Fleet vehicle because that was the designation that it was required to be listed under. He assured us that it had not been a rental but it was really a fleet vehicle. We ended up buying the SUV. After getting home with it we found a lot of documents in the glove box. Many of these documents listed this SUV as a rental car. One document is the actual vehicle registration where it was registered to a rental car company as a rental car. I immediately texted our salesman and told him what we found. He replied that he had spoken to the Inventory Manager and said that the manager told him that this SUV had never been a rental car. I texted back and asked him if he could explain all of the documentation listing it as a rental. He did not reply. Meanwhile I called the dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager. After explaining the issue to him the Sales Manager asked me to text images of the documents to him. Which my wife did immediately. I did not hear back so the next evening I called the Sales Manager back. He asked me what I wanted from them and I told him that we simply wanted to bring the car back and cancel the contract as we were clear from the beginning that we did not want to buy a car that had been used as a rental. He then informed me that the SUV had been listed as a Rental/Fleet vehicle so we should have known that it was a rental no matter what the salesman told us. He also said that they would be happy to sell us an extended warranty package for the SUV. The next day I called and asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership. I had to leave a couple of messages over a couple of days, but he did return my calls. The General Manager returned my call and stated that he would speak to the people involved at the dealership and he asked me to text him pictures of some of the documents. Which my wife did immediately. I also told him that we wanted to bring the SUV back and repeated that we never wanted to buy a rental vehicle. He did call me back the next day and asked me to send him a copy of the text from the salesman in which he had assured me that the SUV was never a rental and that the Inventory Manager had confirmed that (which I did). He then told me that it was irrelevant if the salesman lied to us. He said that we should have known the SUV was a rental no matter what the salesman told us and that there was nothing that they could do for us. That’s the last time that we have had any communication with anyone at the dealership. More

Rami was very helpful and decisive in his dealings with me. He followed up on my questions in a timely manner on email and in a matter of a few days we made a deal over the phone including the trade-in of my '18 Mercedes GLE 350. Rami had all the paperwork completed before I got to the dealership so the transition was timely and painless. I would definitely recommend your dealership to anybody who is in the market.
