They didn't spend too much time doing the old back and forth with the price thing that they should know by now that everyone knows this tactic. But what I found is that when you tell them you want something make sure you get in writing exactly what you want (Name the brand and type )otherwise they will find a way to give you what you want but just the cheapest version of it. So be Leary of Jamie the sales manager who was the one to lead me to believe that I was getting one thing then gave me another. When he found out I was going to give a review he started the whole ..I lost money on your deal!!!.. Well no dealership is going to lose money or else they wouldn't be around too long and I've bought way too many cars to know if they cant do the deal they will tell you they cant. AND not to mention he started yelling at me on the phone when he called.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .. I got news for you Jamie, anyone can write what they want of their experience with you.. it's their right. Never yell at a customer!
