Purchasing a used vehicle Overall, my experience was good. I was slightly annoyed with the repetitive text messages asking if I was still coming and if I was going to be able t Overall, my experience was good. I was slightly annoyed with the repetitive text messages asking if I was still coming and if I was going to be able to catch the big savings that I wasn't even eligible for. I do realize that the young lady was just doing her job. I just do not the time for much texting activity these days. My salesperson, Sheniqua, worked diligently to find a vehicle that I was comfortable with, especially after the vehicle that I was supposed to purchase was not available when I returned to pick it up. It had been sent to the body shop without her knowledge. Mallory was just as diligent in processing my paperwork in a timely fashion. They were both very patient in dealing with my family members that were with me, and they were both clear in their explanations. I did have to wait an excessive amount of time for the car to be ready for me which was not good because I had not eaten and was getting sick. Daniel did assist in removing the stickers from the window and in entertaining me while I was waiting. I did appreciate the popcorn to keep me from passing out and the full tank of gas that was provided for me as I pulled off. That was a major help. I have already told a couple of friends about the good deal as they inquired about my experience. I will bring them to the showroom as they are ready for their next vehicle purchases.
