Mislead into coming nearly 2 hrs away I spoke to Hannah and Ashley back in June and was approved for a choice of 7 different cars which I was told the make and model of . I told them I live in Roanoke VA which is an HR and half away . They said I was approved w a down payment of $1300 . I asked them to make sure I was approved before I came all that way and didnt have a way back.they assured me over and over again I would leave w a car so last night after getting the down payment together finally I call and speak with Hannah she said the offer was still good and put me on hold to speak w her manager to confirm I only needed 1300$ down then she said yes made me an appointment for today and text and called the whole day until I arrived .when I got here the sales associate knew nothing about why I always hear what I wanted or my information that was already on file my credit had already been pulled the down payment was already discussed and she knew nothing about it I slept outside and made a phone call to Hannah they said that the dealership had a different computer system they walked off then the call center I didn't know the difference between the call center or the dealership all I knew is I spoke with Hannah and Ashley at Blackwell I didn't know there was two separate things so they did not know what I was here for and they gave me an option of One car loan car with 180000 miles on it with my $1,300 down a $7,000 car I wish i was told this information before he drove an hour and a half here I came I used $300 to get here by taking a lyft because I don't have a car which is the reason I'm here and it's another two hundred and something dollars to get back home so this trip has costing me over $500 for miscommunication just because they said we can assure you that will put you in a car you have an option of seven different choices between a Honda Civic a Hyundai Sonata this and that to get here they offer me this . This is not what I expected not what I signed up for. This dealership was different I heard great things about it but I have been need to be put out of $500 by a call center and I dealership not communicating I am so upset Beyond just appalled at the whole situation and will never recommend them to anyone this is down right unfair unnecessary and insane thank you Mr Blackwell for taking such great care of me ! Now I get to find a way home for another $200 because I was lied to !!!!??? thanks More

Terrible experience Took my truck to get fixed and all it was, was the intake had a hole in it.
