All around a disappointing experience. I drove over 2hours to purchase a vehicle that I confirmed was there over the phone. Get there and the specs that were online and I verified over the phone were not that of the vehicle when we arrived. We were greeted with “oh just so you know the mileage and a not 1 mile it is around 5,000. Also it was used as a loaner car.” So disappointing. Took it for a test drive and you could tell it was used by multiple ppl. Come back to the lot to find out it was damaged when it was being used as a loaner. There was a dent and scratch on the bumper/trunk. The dealership did not try to offer anything for the inconvenience or discrepancies. They did however try to sell me an extended Warranty?!. I was called by a different manager the next day only to be offered the same nothing as the manager the night before and told two different versions of the car be My fixed. It was a terrible experience and very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More

My name is Brent Lowery I’ve been trying to buy a truck gmc but I guess you’re sales people are not very interested in selling one you email and call and they don’t call you back I bought one in Bloomsburg gmc but I guess you’re sales people are not very interested in selling one you email and call and they don’t call you back I bought one in Bloomsburg years ago a 2014 gmc and got treated like crap so I went to Hazleton this time thinking it would be better was I wrong there just as bad won’t deal with you send you mail they want to buy your truck and when you ask them about it I don’t know have to see what the boss says so if you looking for a good deal I would look else were because they just don’t care. Terrrible Service Dept. Brought my car in for a recall on gas tank in March. Due to parts problems it took a month to install. Then I get a gas smell from under car. At inspection in August another mechanic tells me I have a gas leak. I bring it in and they tell nothing is wrong even though when I talked to the mechanic he said he saw the leak but couldn't find it. I went under the car myself and saw the leak. I bring it back in and they say there's a crack in fuel pump. I make appt for fuel pump, I come in and they say the part came in damaged and wait for me to come in to tell I have to reschedule! It is now Nov. and I still haven't had my car fixed! Stay away from this place for service. More
