Shawn, ED, Amber and Wesley of Blake service department. I have had a lot of service done on my car and my husbands. They are very professional and try to get the work done as soon as possible, Sometimes th I have had a lot of service done on my car and my husbands. HORRIBLE SERVICE, Tamia claims she’s new so she never knew she had to keep customers updated. Lewis was trying to sell me the truck with 3 tires that were worn out. He didn’t wanna have to fix everything knew she had to keep customers updated. Lewis was trying to sell me the truck with 3 tires that were worn out. He didn’t wanna have to fix everything wrong with it. Finance guy Gary stepped in and got all that taken care of. They had me sign the papers before it went into service which is fine, but then never once reached out, called, emailed or texted me an update so I reached out myself multiple times to get an update and still never got a set date when the truck would be done. Here it is 2 weeks later and they claim the truck was supposed to be out of service last week then something came up so it was moved to yesterday and then get delivered today or tomorrow. But they just called me this evening to let me know they can’t promise me for sure it’ll be delivered tomorrow. When you spend this amount of money you expect good service, this has been nothing but a headache. Something needs to be done about this. I will never be back, will never buy another car from here and am going to tell everyone to stay away. More
