Cheryll was very personable and helpful with any questions I had, and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful / understanding. They even let me delay paying my down paymen questions I had, and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful / understanding. They even let me delay paying my down payment until the next day because my debit card was declined. They took care of all the paperwork for the DMV and insurance and really seemed like they cared about me getting the best deal possible. My one small negative is from the time I arrived to inspect the car until I left with the keys was a 5 hour process. I’ve never bought a car before so I’m not sure how long it usually takes but nonetheless I would still highly recommend Blake Ford! More
