It was such a breath of fresh air, and it truly helped us feel super confident about picking out our new ride. But it wasn't just Rachel who made it great; the entire team at Blasius Mitsubishi was awesome! I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given t dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given their outrageous 16.5% interest rate—the entire process turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out multiple times to get more information for my own financial institution, both the salesmen and finance manager completely ignored me. I live far from the dealership and was hoping to do as much of the process over the phone as possible, but they refused to communicate via email or return my calls. It felt like they had no interest in working with me unless I was willing to accept their exorbitant financing terms. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
