I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given t dealership. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a car, but when I made it clear that I wasn’t willing to finance through them—especially given their outrageous 16.5% interest rate—the entire process turned into a nightmare. Despite reaching out multiple times to get more information for my own financial institution, both the salesmen and finance manager completely ignored me. I live far from the dealership and was hoping to do as much of the process over the phone as possible, but they refused to communicate via email or return my calls. It felt like they had no interest in working with me unless I was willing to accept their exorbitant financing terms. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Because the dealership wasn't wiling to replace this item, I paused the negotiation. After I found out that I could purchase the missing tablet online, I went back to David and he instantly picked up our discussions from that point. Within 96 hours, I sent a deposit and the vehicle was delivered to me in 72 hours by Mohamed from 4 hours away. David made the whole purchase process painless and enjoyable. He was courteous, professional and honest throughout the process. I will not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership in the future, especially because of David Pratson. More
