She was friendly, attentive, not too pushy , and let us test drive the car as we needed making sure we felt comfortable with the car . She was on top of any issues or concerns that we had and came up with prompt and reasonable solutions. We walked out of there feeling so confident in what we were doing and who was helping us . John, our closer, was amazing as well. Frank and upfront , it really felt like he was working with us instead of trying to trick us or pull a fast one .
