Did not get the filter back on my truck after an oil change and I lost a quart of oil. Luckily I saw the oil before driving and ruining my motor. Raymond, the service desk lady who takes payments, Brade change and I lost a quart of oil. Luckily I saw the oil before driving and ruining my motor. Raymond, the service desk lady who takes payments, Braden, and Christa were the only pleasant and helpful people. Worst experience taking my vehicle to a dealership. Will never be back here and will tell anyone who asks to not go here. I did receive a full refund for the service, but does not makeup for the poor service work done. More
