Barely worthy of a star. Got the initial estimate and agreed to start work. A week later, they called and discovered more damage underneath once they got "the car up on the l Got the initial estimate and agreed to start work. Once it was picked up, discovered they neglected to address additional damage on the back end of the car, claiming we had said we wanted to keep costs down. Not sure if I am pissed that they neglected to assess this damage initially or that they made the executive decision to not complete the repair due to costs. Shady operation. Nickle and diming customers. They knew we were unable to get multiple estimates due to the fact the car was undrivable. Wish we had never contacted them in the first place. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now we are having to get a new estimate on damage they didn't bother to repair or include in the first estimate. More

My salesperson, Candice, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was outgoing, fun, and quick.
