My wheel lock key was stolen from my car. I came on 2-26-2024 to find out why my tire was losing air and was told that no reason was found for the problem. At that time the service departme I came on 2-26-2024 to find out why my tire was losing air and was told that no reason was found for the problem. At that time the service department had their copy of my wheel lock key. When I came back to have a used tire put on to replace the tire that was still losing air I was informed that their copy of t h e wheel lock key was lost. This was the second time I had been told that they couldn't find their copy of the wheel lock key. Then I was told that it would be $250 to retool the wheel locks and $200 to take the wheel locks off and do without. More
