Good morning, I am sorry to hear of the unfortunate experience you had with our dealership. I have spoken with nearly all of our managers about the situation to ensure that we are doing everything that we can and I also spoke with the service technicians that worked on your vehicle to see if there was any other way that we could make your IPOD work when connected to your center console. Unfortunately, the vehicle is not equippted to allow your IPOD to connect in your console with the upgraded radio that you received; however, it will work when plugged into the actual radio. The only way to have your IPOD device operate the way that you want is to have the original stock radio in your car. I am sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. Our General Manager as well as our Service department have made phone calls to Chrysler to try to understand why this is, and also to figure out if there is any way to change this. I assure you that we tried everything we could to fix your radio settings to your desire and again I apologize for being unable to do so. Ashley Cawthon Dealer Standards Coordinator

Ms. Cawthon, The issue is not the IPOD working, we understand that there are always technicial issues that have to be dealt with. Colby was very professional; however the manner in which management dealt with the issue was unacceptable. We were told by Colby that a adapter had to be ordered to get it working, fine, but then we get a call from David and he makes up this big story how there is a faulty wire...bottom line we were lied to! This is unacceptable for any business to lie to their customers. This manager is a representive of your business and he displayed NO ethical values...NOT ACCEPTABLE! Our car was there for one week and David did not tell Colby that it was there...Colby didn't know it until we called to see if it was ready to be picked up. Again, unacceptable by David for not communicating with his staff. Again, bad management and leadship capabilities displayed and representing your company. Another issue is that two times that it was there in addition to the week you had my vehicle, we asked to have the license plate holder installed. Guess what? When we picked it up from you (for the LAST TIME) the license plate holder is still not installed! What is Chrylers explaination for your companies inability to install the factory license plate holder that comes with the car when the customer has asked for it to be done three times? In addition when we got our vehicle home we'd discovered that our battery compartment cover was open and the plastic positive post cover wasn't reinstalled...it was just laying next to the cover. What is BlueBonnet's explanation for this or will you be having to contact Chrysler?
