She was very knowledgeable of what Honda had to offered, which is very important in any type of business. My original thought when entering the dealership was that I might have been course to buying a vehicle that was more expensive or a vehicle that we didn't want. However, that wasn't the case. She made of us feel comfortable when choosing our vechile and didn't rush us in any way. She allowed us to take the time that we needed in order to make our decision. We made an appointment with a sales manager for 11am Saturday. The car we wanted (2010 Accord EX-L 4 with navigation) was sitting in front and we were directed to Kraig Friedman, a sales consultant, who was waiting for us. He was quiet, efficient and very pleasant. He took us for a test drive, carefully answering questions and describing the car's features in detail. I was particularly struck about how well he answered my wife's questions as she test drove the car. The negotiation process was low pressure and quite satisfactory. We traded a 2003 Accord which served us very well (really no issues in 100K except for brakes and tires). Overall, an excellent experience, and a highly recommended dealership. And we love the new Accord with XM radio and the navigation system. More
