Disappointing and Costly Misdiagnosis I brought my vehicle to Boardwalk Honda due to a humming noise and went on a test drive with the shop foreman. I was told the tires were the issue and needed replacement. Trusting their diagnosis, I spent $900 replacing all four tires elsewhere. The noise remained. When I returned, I was then told the real problem was a faulty front left wheel bearing, which would be replaced under warranty. This clearly shows the initial diagnosis was incorrect and resulted in an unnecessary expense. This experience significantly damaged my trust in Boardwalk Honda’s service department.
