Great waiting area and professional employees but the time it takes to get a basic service is consistently excessive. Bought a vehicle in April 2021, 2 months latter we still don't have the tags. We keep getting the run around since we are out of state buyers. They keep saying it is our state causing delays but, "our state don't have the tags. We keep getting the run around since we are out of state buyers. They keep saying it is our state causing delays but, "our state" is waiting for the paper work to arrive. Great vehicle but a lot of "smoke" from managers and sales reps. Impossible to get them on the phone and emails go unanswered. If you are lucky to get a "live" person you'll get no answers to your questions. More
