Shanise a Great Experience - Purchase of New Car Living more than 40 miles from the dealership assistance via phone was imperative. I didn't want to go back and forth to make a deal. I called this dealer and Shanise C. took the call, listen to what I was saying and said she would be back to me within an hour. She did get back to me with a proposal and even offered to drive the 40 miles to my home so she could show my wife and me the car. I was amazed! We agreed on the deal over the phone and I gave her a deposit via AMEX over the phone. Since I had totaled my previous car I was in a hurry to pick up the new car and I told her that I would be at the dealer the next day. She asked that I call her when I was heading to the dealer. This I did and found the deal to be as Shanise presented, no surprises. And, while there I found out from one of her fellow workers that she had come in on her day off to met us and deliver the car.
