I recently visited Boardwalk Honda after leaving another dealership close by. I was promptly greeted by a very nice woman named Grace Morris who I would end up purchasing a vehicle from. Grace took me to her desk, I told her what I was interested in and she quickly found multiple vehicles to meet my needs. She was polite, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. My overall experience was much better than those I've had in the past, and both the dealer and dealership are HIGHLY recommended. Grace is a very down to earth person with a talent for making the process of buying a car as pleasant and enjoyable as it should be. If you are in the market for a Honda, BMW or any of the other vehicles offered by their dealership, I suggest you stop by and ask for her. More
Buying a car was never easier for me than it was this time around at Boardwalk Honda. Usually, I have to spend hours haggling with the salesperson and manager to get to a fair price, especially on my tra time around at Boardwalk Honda. Usually, I have to spend hours haggling with the salesperson and manager to get to a fair price, especially on my trade-in. Not this time. The trade-in price offered was actually fair right off the bat. Wow! In addition, the salesperson was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but not pushy. All in all, the whole thing was actually a pleasant experience, which is something I definitely couldn't say about any other car-buying experience I've ever had. More
DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE! I have had to have my car painted TWICE for warranty work and now it needs to be painted AGAIN. Their workmanship is terrible. This was my first time ever buying a car on my own and I could not have chosen a better place to do it. Grace was amazing and I couldn't have bought my dream car without her. She was so nice and personable could not have chosen a better place to do it. Grace was amazing and I couldn't have bought my dream car without her. She was so nice and personable and not pushy at all like other sales people. She got my payments to the price I wanted with absolutely no problem. She even helped me get the car over another buyer! I love my 2010 Accord and couldn't be happier. I would no definitely recommend seeing Grace for any car, she's great! More

I said I wanted to test-drive a Honda Fit after work, but would not make a decision that night. Sharon met me, showed me the cars that were available and I drove the car. I liked it, and Sharon told me the price and extra charges (registration, documents, etc.) upfront. When I called her the next day to say I wanted the car, Sharon took my vital information over the phone. When I came to pick the car up, all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The entire process was simple and honest, and took about two hours total. It's been less than a week, but so far, I'm very happy with the car. More
Walked into the lot at Boardwalk Honda and Steve walked up. He was very knowledgeable and nice to us. Wasn't pushy, just walking out and giving us good customer service. I wish all car dealerships can be like this one. All of the staff are wonderful and you are treated with respect and friendliness. No one plays games with you and you get the best price possible. It got 40 mpg, the ac was cold cold cold and the ride was as good as any brand new Toyota I've owned. Not only am I happy with the car, I am very happy with the purchase experience. I found Grace to be straightforward and very helpful as was the business manager Kerry. I didn't have to guess which shell the peanut was under like I've had to do at Shore Toyota. And when I got home and reread the paperwork, it was exactly the deal I made; no shenanigans, no surprises. If you need a car, new or used, I recommend Grace with no reservations! More

Everyone in the place was warm and friendly, and seemed genuinely glad to be part of the process, and focused on making the experience a pleasant one. This is the fourth time I've bought a new car in my life, and it is the first time that I didn't feel abused when it was over. More
