Bob Allen Ford - Service Center

I purchased a new 2010 Ford Focus a couple of years ago. I am nearly 65 and it is my first Ford! I have had Honda and Acuras only over the last several years. Whenever I have a question, I always top by and ask for Woody and he is always gracious to help me. As far as your service is concerned, I have always been treated like a Queen. All of them have been very professional, the waiting room is very clean and of course serving Starbucks is a great choice. When I check out the girls who take me payment are always very professional and kind as well. One of these days I will get my second Ford! More

Marcus was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the status and timeframe of the service work. I haven't done any price comparisons for awhile, but the Tires for Life program is amazing updated on the status and timeframe of the service work.
