I found a used truck on the Internet that did not have a picture and called Bob Bell and talked to Jared. I asked Jared a lot of questions and he was able to give me a good idea of the the condition of th picture and called Bob Bell and talked to Jared. I needed to see it to make a decision and Jared called as soon as the truck was back in the lot so i could come by. Visting the car lot I found Jared and the entire team to be courteous and helpful. David Kirn helped us with financing and we felt the same way about him. Everyone worked together as a team to make our experience as pleasant as possible. An added bonus to us was the team's stories of being able to help people with limited funds buy their first car. It wasn't about the commission but about helping people get the best value for their dollar and seeing the pride their customers felt in owning their first vehicle. And the story goes like this. I have been needing to purchase a car as the car I had was gone. Not working anymore. I did not just walk into Bob Bell Chevy in Baltimore, a co-worker of mine recommended purchase a car as the car I had was gone. Not working anymore. As soon as I went in I was greeted by everyone and John Ladd took care of me right away. He test drove with me the vechile I bought and it was great. I was debating about buying the car or keep on shopping. John Ladd ended up telling me "take the car home for the weekend and drive it. If you like it you keep it, if you don't just give it back and we will still shake hands. Just him doing that is what convinced me to buy the car. He GAVE me the car for the weekend. WHO DOES THAT? I was pleasantly surprised at how freindly and helpful the staff was. I came in with a model in mind with one criteria required in the vehicle and I got it.
