While I was at the dealership, Matthew talked with me in depth about the vehicle sales contract as well as discussing any questions I had about the automobile. Throughout the entire process, Matthew kept a positive attitude and a pleasant demeanor. Matthew is an outstanding salesmen because of his sharp service skills and attention to detail. They have a very good web presence and after I found the car online on a Sunday I called and left a voice mail. We set up a time to meet and he had the car ready and out front. During the test drive Jared was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features I didn’t even realize they had. I had a great experience while we made the deal and filled out all of the paper work. They gave me a great price and even a warranty on a used car! They also have a new deal with free oil changes and inspections for the life of ownership which is great. As I wasn’t trading in a vehicle they were very accommodating to helping me get two cars back to my house. I will be back next time I am in the market for another vehicle. Worth the drive from my house in Silver Spring up to Baltimore. More

Went to Bob Bell first for a silverado got a good deal but still shopped around and I wasn't satisfied with other dealers, should have stayed at Bob Bell. I purchased a 01 Ford Winstar van on 9/19/12 and two days later I started to have issues with it. I took it back on 9/21/12 to have it looked at and it sat and noone looked at it. I took it back on 9/22/12 later I started to have issues with it. I took it back on 9/21/12 to have it looked at and it sat and noone looked at it. I took it back on 9/22/12 and tried to get my money back and my old truck but was not able. George said that he would let me use a loaner vehicle for a few days so they could take a look at the vehicle and that it may take a few days. The front doors were not locking or unlocking properly and the it wasnt starting properly and had cut out on me at a red light. They kept the van for 4 days and I picked it up on 9/28/12 and the passengar side door still does not lock and unlock properly. Sharon in the service department said that I would have to bring it back on monday 10/1/12. I was unable to bring it in on monday,so I called and told her that I would bring it in on Tuesday 10/2/12. I recieved a phone call that Sharon spoke with the sales manager and that they would not be paying for anything else on the van and that anything else would be at my expense. They did not fix the problem with the locks in the first place. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone! I will never even use the bob bell for life care either, I don't care if it is free. This has been the worst experience with a dealership/service department that I have ever had. More
We were shopping for our granddaughter and after visiting some of the local dealerships and being pushed around to buy something that was out of our price range. We went to Bob Bell Chevrolet and met David some of the local dealerships and being pushed around to buy something that was out of our price range. We went to Bob Bell Chevrolet and met David Lucke a nice salesman and not pushy at all. He took his time and listened to our needs and to what we wanted. He showed us a used Mercury that we fell in love with and was in our budget. The staff from David to the managers Rick and George went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. More

I was working with Bryan Davidson and I told him my sister and I would be in between 5:00 – 5:30. When we arrived at 5:10 Bryan was not there. I was told he had gone home for the day. That was very disrespectful and very insulting. Since the day before when I first walked into the dealership, I was not taken seriously at all. The sales manager blew me off and basically told me to go home. The next day when I brought my cosigner in, Bryan was not there even though he knew I was coming in. We left and headed to Heritage Chevrolet and bought an Equinox there and my brother-in-law traded his car for a Malibu. The salesman at Bob Bell should be ashamed of themselves. More

I have had a few automobles in my 40 years of driving, some new but most used. I was greeted upon entering with a smile and told someone will be with me shortly. In about three minutes I was introduced to Joe Evans. With a smile to relax me Mr. Evans asked how he may help me today. I explained I was just looking. Mr. Evans said that was fine and that he can answer any questions I may have. I thought for a moment and said to myself, I am going to give this guy a try. So, I asked Mr. Evans about his inventory. I was asked just a few questions that took less than 10 minutes, and I was on the lot looking at trucks, my first cholce. I choose one and I liked the way I had been treated so I called my wife and asked her to met me at Bob Bell Chevrolet on Kane Street. When my wife Charlotte arrived I excussed us and pulled her aside to tell her I liked the salesman and he showed us the truck. We gave Mr. Joe Evans our information to check our credit. We talked and agreed to look at cars, to find a new family car. My wife and I told Mr. Evans and he smiled and gave us a tour showing all our choices in a short time while answeing all our questons. We agreed on a 2012 Malibu. The price was in our range, right color and the test drive was good. Our Malibu was ready the next day per our request. We signed the papers and we were now 2012 Malibu owners. Most important to my wife and I was the joy in the feeling that for the first time in our lives we bought a car and felt that we were not ripped off.
